delete cbox spam

The C-Box (or tagboard) is a pretty handy tool but, being free, it lures spammers who often clutter the chat with useless and unwanted posts.
This tutorial will show you how to get rid of spam messages....and any post you want to cancel from your chat; the process is done online, you'll only need the email address and password you used when you signed up for the free cbox.
The first step is to go on the cbox site and login with your email and password; once you logged in, you should see this page.

Now click on the the top menu Messages item (last on the right), and do the same in the sub-menu that will show up.

You'll be led to a page where, scrolling down, you'll see all the messages you have in your chat - there can be multiple pages, depending on how many posts you have; find the one/s you want to delete (my example is on top for convenience).

Tick the selection box on the message's left, hit the Delete as spam button and, when the confirmation pop-up appears, click ok again; you can delete multiple messages in one time, there's no limit to the number of posts you can cancel.

You're done, the message was deleted; go back on your site, refresh the page and you'll see the unwanted post is gone.
